The elegant traditional Spanish hacienda (country estate) dates back about 200 years and was completely renovated by its present owners to a very high standard about 15 years ago. The hacienda is surrounded by 70 ha (175 acres) of flat terrain with excellent soil. 35 ha ( 88 acres) are dedicated to an olive plantation with 6,500 trees and an average annual production of 200,000 kgs of olives. The hacienda is in excellent state of repair and includes in the main building 4 very generous double bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2 additional very spacious rooms under the roof which serve as dormitories for children. On the ground floor is a large and fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining walk-in larder and a laundry room. The big and rustic lounge incorporates a dining area seating up to 10 persons and the huge open log burning fireplace offers coziness and warmth during the cooler days. Separated from the main house by an attractive patio are two attached houses in the same rustic style. The houses have two and one bedroom respectively, a bathroom each, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge respectively. Live concentrates on the huge covered terrace with splendid views over the 6 x 11 m swimming pool, the lovely gardens and the country beyond. The patio gives access also to a professionally equipped fitness room with lounge area and fire place and a few meters further on is the private chapel of the hacienda. Next to the gardens lies the ecological fruit and vegetable orchard with over 300 fruit trees of all kinds and the vegetables, herbs and salads for the daily needs. Adjoining the hacienda is a huge working patio with the old stables, the ideal location to install some modern horse stables and a covered riding arena.
The hacienda is connected to mains electricity with 15 KW capacity and the endless supply of water comes from 3 wells and a spring on the property. The hacienda also boasts under floor heating in all rooms. Access to the hacienda is by tarmacked road and the nearest villages of Setenil de las Bodegas and Arriate can be reached in 5 and 10 minutes respectively. The world renowned town of Ronda is a mere 15 minutes away. The hacienda is owned by a Spanish limited corporation and the buyer can choose between buying the shares of the company or buying the real estate. The purchase price includes all furniture and equipment.
