Its location is ideal as it allows to live in the countryside away from the tourist circuits and urban centers, but in turn, it is very close to the main towns, landmarks and the best beaches of the Costa de la Luz, Cadiz. From the finca you will get easily in 5 minutes the town of Cantarranas the closest serviced area, 10 minutes from Vejer de la Frontera and Medina Sidonia, 15 minutes from Los Alcornocales Natural Park, 20 minutes from Benalup Casas Viejas, Conil de la Frontera, El Palmar, Zahora, Caños de Meca, Barbate, Chiclana, 30 minutes from Zahara de los Atunes, 35 min from Bolonia, 40 min Tarifa, etc ....
From Seville airport or AVE train station, it takes 1 hour 15 minutes to reach the farm, from Jerez airport 30 minutes, from Gibraltar airport 1 hour and from Malaga airport 2 hours.
The house is situated on a 3.000 m2 plot (32,292 ft2) and has a garden, orchard, large grove, fruit trees, porch of 45 m2, main courtyard of 70 m2, second patio of 15 m2, parking area, main house of 150 m2, terrace with Wonderful views (on clear days you can see Morocco), solar panels, well, water tank, and a second construction of 16 m2.
In the finca, you will find different fruit trees (olive, almond, orange, lemon, palm, vine, pomegranate, loquats, cherimoyos, fig trees, quinces, paradises, carob trees, cypresses, hibiscus), and lots of native flora.
The main dwelling was completely refurbished in 2011, with permits and municipal license, and is in a completely legal situation, being able to be object of reforms and works of legal form.
The main house consists of a living room of 70 m2 with high ceilings that allows to build a mezzanine, a large kitchen, a large pantry, a dressing room, a bathroom of 15 m2, a bedroom of 25 m2, two fireplaces, large windows, a porch and 2 patios. Before the refurbishment in 2011, the property consisted of 3 large rooms, so the new owner has plenty of space to design its own layout with a little additional investment if desired, in which case, we could provide some guidance about permits required, etc..
There is a second building that was dedicated to animal husbandry and that is currently used as a warehouse and tool room. This building should benefit from some refurbishments if the new owner wishes to make a guest room or small apartment.
There are four other houses in the area, some of which are occupied all year round in a quiet neighborhood. Others are holiday homes and another is dedicated to rural guest housing.
The whole area is stunningly beautiful the whole year and has some breath taking views. We sadly decided to sale our home due to a professional reassignment far away from Vejer.
