Beautiful Finca for Retirement only one hour from Seville
The finca lies close to the lake of Minilla and only a few minutes from the motorway to Seville. Leaving the tarmacked country road a private gravel track of 1.3 km leads to the entrance of the finca and from there another 500 meters to the cortijo (country home). The finca is somewhat hidden and completely private. The cortijo is surrounded by oak forest and coppice providing total protection while leaving the house and garden sundrenched throughout the whole day. The main building has a built area of approximately 250 m2 ( 2.750 sq f) and includes on the ground floor 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathroom and the master suite with private bathroom on the upper floor. The cortijo opens to a large and welcoming lounge with open fire place and beamed wooden ceiling. The equally ample and completely fitted kitchen has an incorporated dining area and opens to the covered porch and the garden. The swimming pool measures about 40 m2 and the filter equipment is installed in an adjoining wooden pool house where also the garden furniture are stored. In front of the cortijo is a wide and sundrenched patio offering day long sunbathing and relaxation. A few meters from the cortijo lies a smaller building including the laundry and a separate room with a powerful generator assisting the solar panels in case they fail to produce sufficient electricity. The drinking water comes directly from the two wells on the property.
In the higher area of the finca another building is reserved for guests but could also be used as staff accommodation. This building has a built area of approximately 75 me ( 820 sq f) and includes a generous lounge with open plan kitchen, a double bedroom and a bath. Adjoining is a storage room which easily could be converted into another bedroom.
Nearby is the stable building made completely of wood. There are six 3 x 3 meter horse boxes with automatic drinking bowls. In front of the stables lies a 15 x 30 meter riding arena and there are also two large padocks.
The finca is composed of two properties of 13 ha and 3 ha respectively.

The nearest village is Castillo de las Guardas at about 15 km and with 1.600 inhabitants and Seville is a mere 55 km away.
